Supported Devices and Workflows

• SK5301, SK5302 and SK5305 USB or PS/2 keyboard encoders: edit and sign keyboard matrix settings, program signed AppCode and settings, configure the SK5302/SK5305 model upgrade, upgrade firmware, verify programmed data, and test the completed keyboard.
• SK5340 and SK5341 HID-over-I2C keyboard encoders: edit keyboard matrix settings, configure the SK5341 model upgrade, and use programming or test workflows when the device is presented through a supported USB bridge such as the FTDI FT260.
• SK8505 keyboard control boards: supports USB models using SK5301 and HID-over-I2C models using SK5340 with the appropriate host or bridge connection.
• Sprintek USB HID keyboards and licensed custom keyboards: FlexTester displays live key events, typematic timing, tested-key progress, multimedia keys, and selectable keyboard layouts. Built-in layouts include SK8006-1US and SK8006-9US.

Tool coverage: FlexEditor creates and signs AppSetting and AppLiveSetting files; FlexProgrammer programs and verifies supported latest-generation FlexMatrix devices; FlexTester tests keyboard assemblies.
