Overview
The SK5301 is a full speed USB 2.0 HID keyboard encoder ASIC with an 8-row by 20-column matrix, one PWM backlight brightness output, a BLEN backlight enable output, and five keyboard lock-status LEDs. It supports multimedia, user-defined function, macro, Fn, FnLock, NumLock-impacted, and KeyLock keys.
Its field-upgradable bootloader provides version anti-rollback and LMS post-quantum firmware signature authentication to support EU Cyber Resilience Act requirements. Matrix settings and firmware are managed with Sprintek FlexSuite tools.
SK5301-LT and SK5301-LP provide the same functions and 48-pin assignment in QFN and LQFP package options.
